Can I pick up my purchases in-store?
Absolutely! Simply choose the "FREE in-store pickup" shipping option at checkout. All larger toys and baby equipment/furniture are store pickup only.
Do you carry regular clothing and shoes? How much are they?
Yes!!! We carry THOUSANDS of items at our store location. We just can't list them all here, especially the majority of them that are under $5. It's simply too much to handle. If you're local, stop by! If not, follow us and shoot us a Facebook message at www.facebook.com/jellybeanshickory (or just click the 'Message Us' button at the bottom of your screen) and tell us what you're looking for. We'll do everything possible to help!
What is a pre-order, and how does it work?
It's actually pretty simple! On a fairly regular basis, we will offer limited-time-only pre-orders for new outfits at a discount. This is a way for you to take advantage of direct pricing from the manufacturer. Find an outfit you like and place your order. When a pre-order closes, we make one bulk order for everyone. When the order is processed, it's shipped out to us, and you either pick it up in store or we ship it out. Easy as that!

How long does it take to receive my pre-ordered outfit?
Pre-ordered items are made just for you and will have a longer production and shipping time. We will always give an estimate on shipping time on each item's purchase page. Please check this before purchasing for an idea on how long it may be. This estimate is when we expect to receive the items at our location. After that, we will process the shipment within 1 business day and pick-up will be available (or they will ship out to you via the method chosen at checkout). In the rare case it happens, you will be notified of any significant delays outside of the times estimated.
How do I know the status of my order?
At checkout, you will be given the opportunity to create an account. We strongly recommend creating an account for pre-orders. This way, we can email you when we receive the shipment and your item is available for pick up or shipping. If we are to ship your item to you, a tracking number will be provided to those with an account once we receive the order. Until we receive the order, your order will remain in a processing stage.
Can I get a refund/exchange?
Item doesn't fit right? Is the color different than you thought it was? No worries. We know shopping for clothes is hard enough in person, muchless shopping online. Simply message us within 7 days of purchase, ship your item(s) back to us, and we'll gladly issue your choice of either an in-store credit or an online discount code for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs)*.
*Applies to APPAREL ONLY. Items picked up in store are not eligible for exchange after they are picked up and are off the premises. If you are picking items up in-store, please inspect/ensure they are correct before leaving.
